Not sure what I am going to do with my blogs

Hello everyone,

I received another DMCA complaint notice on April 21, 2009 from Google but not an email from them telling me the specific post. I looked through the complaint and it is exactly the same one I received earlier this month and that post is not even on my blog anymore.

So, I don't know what I am going to be doing with my blogs.

I don't know if I will just keep it up for informational purposes and any new post I may do only show artwork/track listings.

I don't know why there would be a second complaint filed being the post was deleted on April 5, 2009 and even if I type the link for the post it comes up that is can't be found.

Being I received a second complaint, I'm worried that Google will delete my blogs and cancel my account. So if all of a sudden you try to visit my blogs and they aren't here it could be because Google deleted them.

All files have been deleted from RS and MU

Sorry folks but all files have been deleted from RS and MU. I will not be re uploading and probably not going to do any new posts of my albums.

I keep getting files deleted because of someone reporting them as being illegal. I will probably be deleting both my blogs as I'm figuring that it might be copyright infringement even posting the artwork and track listings.

There are other blogs out there so hopefully you can find what your looking for. I don't know why this is happening as there are blogs out there that post current CD releases and basically everything I have posted has been long out of print and usually difficult to find and not released on CD.

I will be going through all my posts and removing the download links as they won't work anyways.

I apologize as I know there are several of you out there who truly appreciate the music I posted and not just interested in getting "free" music.

Attention any claim to Copyright holders

Attention any Claim to Copyright holders!!!

If anything I have posted in my blog is in violation of DMCA, could you please let me know what specifically is in violation? Everything I have posted has been long out of print and no longer available and most is prior to 1972. What I post isn't available on CD.

There are other blogs out there that are posting current releases of CD's and that seems to be OK.

I received an email from Google stating that one of my posts was in violation of DMCA and they referred me to Chillingeffects.org and had me enter the url for the post and nothing came up. It's supposed to show me the complaint and what the violation is.

Thank you.

Is anyone having trouble seeing artwork in my older posts?

I just went through quite a few of my older posts and the artwork isn't showing up. Sometimes there is a large blank square or a small square where the image is supposed to be, but on my end I can't see any image. I don't know if it is something with my browsers' Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox or if it is something with Google.

If anyone else is having trouble seeing images, could you please let me know? Thanks.

If worse comes to worse, even though the artwork is in the compressed files, I may have to go do a Flickr account and upload them there and put links to them in my posts.

The Sweet Sounds Of Christmas

This was one of my first posts and inadvertently I deleted it.

O Little Town Of Bethlehem has different tune as does It Came Upon A Midnight Clear but the verses are correct.

I tried to eliminate background noise as best as possible and eliminated as many clicks as possible without changing the sound of the music.

Sorry I haven't been posting lately

Hello everyone. Sorry I haven't been posting much lately. It's hard finding something that hasn't been released on CD or that other blog's have posted.

There have been a few albums I've been working on, but there are skips in them and I don't want to post something like that so I am looking for better copies for them.

Please bear with me. Thanks

Wishing You A Merry Christmas

Wishing You A Merry Christmas (1972) RCA LSP-4793
Merry Christmas From Nashville Music's Brightest Stars
I didn't use any declicking for this album, just a little hiss removal and surface noise removal.

There are a few clicks, but when I try to remove them it changes the sound too much.
This is what makes Vinyl Records so special. It is so strange seeing a picture of Willie Nelson without the braids lol

Side One
01 Danny Davis and The Nashville Brass - Winter Wonderland
02 Dottie West - Blue Christmas

02 Floyd Cramer - I'll Be Home For Christmas
03 Skeeter Davis - Santa Claus Is Comin' to Town
04 Charley Pride - Santa And The Kids

Merry Christmas Everyone

I just wanted to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas. I believe that it may already be Christmas Day in some parts of the world (I'm not an expert on time zones)

If you are in an area where you may get snow, please take extra caution driving to friends and families and have a safe holiday.

Neil Diamond "The Chanukah Song"

Though this isn't a Christmas Song, I thought you might enjoy this from Neil Diamond.

When I viewed this on MySpace, there wasn't a commercial at the beginning but apparently, there is one embedded in the code.

Some comments not showing up correctly

Hello everyone,

I just noticed that some of the comments aren't showing up correctly. They are there, but aren't visible as they are the same color as the background for some reason.

The date and user name show up but I have to highlight the text with the cursor in order to see it. I don't see a specific font or anything in my settings to change this.

If anyone has any input, I would appreciate it. This all happened since I noticed that the text from a lot of my post's weren't visible and I had to change the background color. I don't know what happened but can't get it back to the way I originally had this all set up.

I had to use the template settings from my Non-Christmas Records blog to get this somewhat viewable.

Had to change background color

I had to change the background color as the text wasn't showing up unless I chose something other than the default color. Will try and work on it later.

Not sure what is going on with H. H Volume 22

I tried to upload the file again and even tried renaming it to a".TXT" and upload it that way but it isn't working. I don't know if either RS or MU are checking the file size and not letting me because it is the same as what they deleted.

I don't know if someone reported this particular upload or if they check to see what it is before they will allow it or what.

I don't know why they will allow people to post brand new CD's that are currently available but won't allow this particular album that has been long out of print and not available on CD.

Oh well, I tried. Wish I could do more. I'm 99 % sure that I did post this album before I did Volume 23 as I did them in order and guessing that Google deleted the post. I didn't receive any email telling me that something was wrong either.

I've generated money for RS as people decided to sign up for premium accounts for faster downloads.

Part of me want's to delete my blogs, but I spent a lot of time and effort to help bring back cherished memories from Christmas past, and then after all my work the files gets deleted.

Christmas Music Taped off the radio tape three

Hello friends. Well, here it is!!!!

This is the third cassette (no particular order) of Christmas Music I taped off the radio. It was sometime in the 1980's and being the tape is over 20 years old, the audio fades in and out slightly in a couple of spots but not too bad.

This was a transfer from one of my BETA or VHS tapes. It is part of a 36 hour Christmas Music broadcast. I found this tape when I was unpacking stuff after our move.

I didn't have a DOLBY Cassette Deck at the time so the audio is somewhat hissy, but still listenable I did do a light hiss removal, but it took at least 10 minute to do each side because of the file size.

This cassette is a C-90 (45 minutes on each side) but is actually about 47 minutes each side.

On side one, there are three songs the I can't remember who the artists are and on side two, there are five songs that I can't think of the artist.

I know who they are, but just can't think of them right now.

I've tried going through my albums and play them to compare, but who I thought it might be wasn't lol.

I included a text file of the track listing but after I had already uploaded the compressed file, I noticed a couple "typos" and fixed them in this post only, not in the text file that is included in the compressed file (sorry, I didn't notice it before I did the upload)

If anyone can help identify the missing artist, please let me know. Thanks so much.

Enjoy!!!
